 Yeah, I need to start trying those slides. It is hard for me to do 50/50's because the kingpin on my trucks stick out more than the actual hangar. Probably just an excuse.

 You have to shorten your kingpins or get some shorter ones.

 Bernhard, I have some smaller cushions that I need to try out. They may solve the problem, but I am always lazy when it comes to messing with my skates. I used to have a problem with the kingpins seizing up, but I used some grease and now I just have to make sure to tighten the lock nut several times during a session. The kingpins will literally come out.

 Joe, I am guessing those are for a skateboard truck set up. I use rollerskate plates.

 If it's the same thread it'll be cool.Most rollerskate plates have a nut and bolt setup so replace both on your plates and she'll be right doooooooood.
