 Hi Zorg,

: As last year LG Action Sports World Tour comme back. Here are some nice events with a big vert (and a street area), free to watch, nearly free to participate:

I have added all those dates to the Kalendar of Sk8Mag.de: sk8mag.de/events/index.php. Feel free to add relevant dates there. The calendar can only become more comprehensive.

: As top level inliners will be there, why not top quad rollerskaters???

I often thought so myself. I think some of the best vert inliners would welcome this. Some of them have started their career as roller skaters (e.g. Thaig Kris). I'm not very sure about the people organzing those event. It's possible that some of them aren't even aware that there is such a thing as a vertical roller skater. However, if some roller skaters would venture to go there and if I could get accredited as press photographer for Sk8Mag.de, then Paris, Amsterdam or Berlin wouldn't be too far of (depending on how far my knee has healed till then).

Take care of your knee.
Last year, the contests were open to amateur so I hope that this year is the same, but I will ask more infos about this and quads asap. I am far from pro level, but I will try to train, and try qualification in Paris if possible!!!!! Riding a half pipe in front of the Eiffel tower must be a cool/stressing equation worth to try!!!!!!

I'm glad you appreciate it. Every now and then I implement something new for Sk8Mag.de (or for this forum. The forum software is actually the same for Sk8Mag.de and for the vertical roller skating forum).

Thanks for your whishes. Today the threads have been pulled and tomorrow we will start with physiotherapy. I hope the ladies will treat me well! ;-)

The scenery is quite fantatic. Three years ago I was there with some german slalom skateboarders and I had the opportunity to shoot skating with Eiffel tower and the Trocadero as background: www.sk8mag.de/contests/paris03 Maybe we will meet there or some other place.

I'm looking into attending the Aug 26-27 LG event in Berlin, Germany.
Would anyone know the best airport location for this event?
There seems to be quite a few choices. Thanks, Irene
