|My hamstring strain is cause I'm old and out of shape my Dr. said. Since old is not a word I will work on the get in shape part. All this rest has negative consequences. I need to get the whole backside of my legs in better shape. Should I strength train, if so how, or rollerskate on the streets some or just cross train? Just I find my lungs get in better shape but honestly, rollerskating bowls doesnt use the same muscles as any other activitiy. I'm in PT for my arm and shoulder still so I cant for my legs too.
