|No, I cannot lift myself up to a handstand yet but I can hold the crows pose now for 30 secs sometimes which is good for me! But handstands are more so core and forearms then arms/shoulders so I think dumbbells wont help so much. I have a hallway to lean against for now. I just want a solid handstand one day on the coping, not a flailing cartwheel where I look like a frog. lol! After breaking my arm, thats been an obsession! :-D In 6 months I'll be posting videos, you heard me!!
