Sounds like you were skating some ramp in a less than optimal condition. Reminds me of days gone by. Nowadays, the skaters complain about the slightest bumps.
: Since then, I always wear the gaskets underneath. My next knee pad will be Paincheater, worth the investment. I'll probably retire from skating before these wear out.
