Probably he would not object to publishing it. I think it is a promotion video anyway. But I have only and NTSC VHS tape of it and no easy way to convert or copy it. I would need the OK of Brian anyway. And maybe he already has it in digital form. If not, I would try to find someone to digitize it if he consents.
