I ordered my pads online from him 14 years ago and recently ordered some wrist guards. I had a problem with the size and he was cool about exchanging them. You can also go to the Riedell website and order anything you want. They even will make you a custom boot. Other than that, I would recommend e-mailing rollergirl who can get anything.
