| : A piece of foam rubber (the same like thar which is used in knee pads) cut to size and just stuck between my leg and my pants does it for me. In this way I can use it for several pants without any hassle.
I find the foam moves and gets too bulky, less effective then some having plastic too. So I made these. Can wear them in any pants/shorts! Now I can grind and smash lol.
