|After a month of no exercise and no skating, I finally hit my local park. I was definitely out of shape, but had no problem doing my lame runs. I need to start going at least 3 times a week. I almost tried a layback air today, but I whoosed out. I already feel my muscles aching and tomorrow is going to hurt. I had a great time and even skated for two hours, which is a long time for me. There were a lot of older dudes there today and some of them ripped. We had a good session.
