Your wish is my command lol.
: I need diagrams and I need to fork out some money to have someone hook me up. I just watched a video that had Duke Rennie. I love his plate set up, but he has a flat plate. I have been critical in the past about set ups and how your equipment should not matter that much. I was wrong! I am now seeing the light. My setup is keeping me from progressing and I am getting pissed. My plate tricks used to be my set up tricks for flips and other tricks. Now, all I do is carve and grind and it is getting really old. I found a guy in L.A. that is an oldschool vert skater and I am going to contact him to see if he can help me out.

: : : I finally thought I had things figured out and found a place that was going to drill holes in my grind bar so that I could adjust it. I took my skates apart today and it will not work. I ended up just taking off the grind bars completely. I am providing before and after pictures. Does anyone see anything wrong with me just skating on my plates? I can't believe how little space there is between the trucks. I welcome all suggestions, just remember I can not build shit.

: : : Am I the only vert skater out there that uses rollerskate plates?

: : Easy solution. Your plates are flat on the sides. If you can get someone to drill 4 holes through the metal. Drill them between the trucks and lettering in the center, for 4 holes. Make sliders like I did, a C shaped with the begiining and end of the C attached to the holes by bolts. The back of the C will come down in a V shaped, 1/2 inch and the ends meet in the center of your wheels. Need diagrams? ;-D

Heres one! The dimensions are built to fit. Use the widths approx to the sliders diagram on this forum. You need to cut in where the truck is so the inside on the top is diagonal.
