|in PT i have been told that i should squat back more. i guess so that my knee doesnt go over the ball of my feet. i do this a lot w/ vert. to keep my ankles at 90 degrees would put my weight to far back. is there a way to do this? i think i would smack behind on vert. seems like its not good for knees.
