New Bowl in Münster
I met Martin when I travelled Europe in 1992. I was on inline skates at the time and the guy killed it on a skateboard and rollerskates. I doubt he remembers me, but he took me out one night to a bar and we had a lot of fun. Definitely a ripper.

 Hi there,
remembering your last comments to get back on skates since my last video in 1990 :-) I visited the new Skatepark in Berg Fidel/Münster. First guy I met was Martin Broich, asking me, where I´ve been the last 15 years. So this here is the result of my first day on skates ;-)

Next weekend I´ll maybe try some more tricks, provided that my back is working again until then ;-)

Is Martin Boich a quad skater?? Very cool that you are back out there! That bowl set-up looks really nice as well. Great place to regain your rolling feet. ;) Thanks for posting that video!!

Martin Broich is quite a legend here in Germany. He created the infamous Broich flip back in the times when half pipes didn't have a flat.

Radness Ollie. Was Martin rolling at all?? Very much a legend of the vert roller scene, an amazing skater for sure and produced Ally Oop too from memory.

cheers joe

Alley Oop was produced by Thomas Kalak, Back Flip by Stefan Oerder.

ahh yes but Martin did them HUGE, i remember looking up at him with his head being the lowest part of his body and the rest extending skywards from there. GNARLY!

Indeed, Martin's back flips where awesome. I also fondly remember Friedel's back flips, they most have been 3 m high!

But in my previous post I was referring to the photo copied magazine named "Back Flip" which was produced by Stephan Oerder.
