In Barcelona, there is an indoor street oriented park (no vert), and also some ramps in Port Olympic:
Viladomat 319 (Indoor Ramp)
La Mar Bella (Miniramp)
Vila Nova i la Geltrú (Halfpipe)
I didn't go there, but some skaters in Barcelona confirmed it last year (http://www.barcelona-home.com/int/sport.asp?theme=skate&language=eng)
Close to Barcelona, you have (http://www.kafre.com/braveskate/spots/spots.htm):
-Concrete bowl in Sitges (2 m), smouth, but slippery with dust... (I tested)
-Ramp in CASTELLAR DEL VALLÉS
-a small ramp in Palafrugell (1.4m, I tested, small, but as the city Calella de Palafrugell is very nice....)(http://www.kafre.com/braveskate/index.htm)
