My wheels.....
Yes, thats what it looks like but one had an even dimple inside like it might be an air pocket.

It was just one ride. I think since these wheels are old they might have hardened or dried out? So do Rainskates have a lot of grip too cause they are really hard? I dont like the feeling of ice. They look wide too. I am liking the handling of a much narrower wheel just cause I'm small and the bowls I ride are also fairly tight.

: From nuts heads going outside the ramp surface, I got too some wheel bites on my Powell BB PF (not on the 95a: just small cuts, but no pieces off). Luckily, it's on the wheel edge, so it's not a problem, wheels still roll smoothly (unlike flat spoting ;-( ....). From concretedisciples forum, I heard it's a known issue with very hard wheels such as the PF.
: Tried again the Rainskates yesterday on small ramp, and I'm more and more impressed, pumping is much more efficient. I must find bearings+spacers for the Cortech ;-)

I rode the cockroaches today! Wow, what amazing wheels. They are harder, but amazingly more grippy too! I kinda dont understand lol. The smaller size gave me much more control and maneuverability. Maybe the speed was less but that will come if I figure out where to pump.

I skated 3 1/2 hrs today and one wheel ended up with 3 chips. :-( So my dream wheel might only last a month unless it was one bad wheel or an odd thing that happened. Now I'm thinking of type-S wheels or I donno. I hope these wheels last cause thats a lot of money to throw away and I do love the way they ride, perfect!!

So cortech makes the same wheel? I love them but maybe since they are old they are dried up? I really dont want to change but I want my wheels to last a year.

I might get these next time: Rainskates Killer Bees
NEW SIZE - 59mm / 98a
The shape is killer, the urethane is fast and grippy and the shape is spot on!
or the type-s:

Skateboarders post that these are both fast AND grippy!! Maybe I was wrong thinking harder is slicker cause thats the way they go for roller skate wheels. But the guy said he would ship me a couple more wheels since my chipped. I hope they work out cause I do love these wheels!
