Ok, I have finally decided to make slider and have reviewed all of the awesome diagrams. I see that most of the setups have a diagnol cut where the trucks are. I keep my trucks very very loose and am concerned they will rub on the slider. I am anxious to get this done so any suggestions and pictures of the bottom of your skates would be very helpful. I did re read the thread from March and the diagrams were awesome, but that part of my plate is not flat and slopes down. I am going to see about having a plastic fabrication shop do it for me, but am still open to trying it myself. I don't understand how you screw the slider into the plate? Also, can you thread the hole so that you can replace the slider?

Thanks,

Rob

 Hey Bombe,

Thanks for the picture. Do you happen to have one of the bottom of your skates? If anyone on here can provide a picture of the bottom of your skates with sliders, I would appreciate it. I want to bring some ideas to a shop and see if they can make them for me.

Thanks,

Robert
