Content:	I went to a skateboard get together at Pala on saturday and had a lot of fun. I was doing these one footed grinds over the dealth box and every once in a while would miss and just have one wheel on the coping.

	Nic pics Robert!! Looking great there. Great sk8n. That last pic looks close to a slam though. Pretty rad. Guess if I take it slow, i'll get there. Right now I look like I have a full arm cast on from surgery, just bandaging though. No pain. : I am trimming down a bit.
