Content:	I was asked if i wanted to build and run and own a skatepark on this mans property the lease is not that bad far the location. what size park could be built for $30,000 or less. I kinda know but i am looking for other ideas to so i can have other perspectives.I do want to build on later after i see if i am going to make it with out going broke. NEED HELP!!!!
