|Bad news from the rollerball! I hope you will recover soon and completely. I had a sore achilles tendon about 20 years ago myself. My mistake was to preserve it for about two years until I realized that it wasn't improving. Then I started to slowly put some stress on it again: jogging and stretching, always listening to my tendon. It gradually improved until the soreness was gone completely.
