:Obviously they really did up the ground and put in some pipes.
:I hope that they will re-erect the ramp but I don't know anything definitive.
My sincere condolences. I'll say a small prayer before bed tonight. This cannot go down without someone taking responsibility for such a heinous crime!! :P (hope they rebuild for you B)
