| I've been roller skating for a year or so now, with my local roller derby team (hopefully joining up soon). A few weeks back they had a promo event featuring some amazing vert skating, which has inspired me to try that out. I've been looking around at different websites on how to set up a set of vert skates, and now I'd just like some tips on building and the actual skating. Any and all tips would be appreciated, but right now, tips on finding trucks, plates, wheels, UHMW polyethylene, aluminum cuts etc for cheap would be particularly useful.
