| I put them on and bent in the original knee cap and rocked it so it would stick on better. Then put my weight on top of it. I hope it works! I'm skating at the park every other day til my foot is 100% and hopefully tomorrow I will know they stay.

: I got them and put them on today, but they immediately popped off. Any ideas on how to get them stay on? Upholstery tape with the sticky stuff on the inside? Sorry I donnot know the correct name.
