: I think both is needed. You can eat building material for you bone as much as you like, but it the blood that transports it through the body. And you also need rest to allow it healing. You are still a young chick so it should heal with ease. ;-)

: I would decide this depending on how you feel. And if you are too tired, don't go and when you get too tired, leave or find a place to rest. Picture taking with the left hand is difficult. Almost all cameras are designed for the right hand so even left handed persons have to use their right hand.

Lots of people in your situation don't move their shoulder so they not only need to rehabilitate the arm but also the shoulder.

semms like lactose free is ok with me which makes me happy, might be getting 300% of my calcium daily now lol. That has 50% per cup and take it in pill form plus greens. :-D my shoulder is getting stronger too, no sling all day nor pain meds. it aches but that reassures me its healing and i think i have to believe its healing to heal. I think my outlook needs to be good especially! i am trying to get in more protein cause i dont like losing muscle, its too hard for me to build. i will go on short walks if i feel ok, think you are right. it might help me to sleep more too. i will see if i can use my camera left handed but i think its too soon to stress my right arm more then it is already so i might have to wait a bit, darn. i hope i feel ok sat. to watch the competition. im sure it will be the best fun all week! Bernhard you are so smart and helpful. i will be so happy to be healthy and strong again and rolling in the bowls. i am not sure why still i didnt know i hurt myself so bad. i hope others post some good vids/pics soon, i enjoy them!
