|Hej Zorg and thanks. It sounds perfect that I can get so cheap shipping from Roller Girl! I can really see what you meen by saying that I need to try the boots. But the thing is that I canīt find any quad roller skate store here in Sweden - we have nothing here regarding to quads - just inlines. But do you think I can use another boot? Does it have to be roller skate boots?? But if the shipping is so cheap from Roller Girl I can always send the roller skates back and change to another size if nessesary (hopefully not).
Best regards Majja
: Hi Majja
: I bought 2 times from Rollergirl to France, shipping was about 30 euros for 100 euros stuff. Contact her by email, she replies very fast and have low cost transport solutions!!!! Maybe it's easier to buy at least plates/trucks/grindbars at the same time, as they have to fit together. For shoes, it's easier if you can try them.
: And mounting shoes on plates is not that tricky.
: : Hej Robert, thanks for your replie! I actuelly dont know if it costs over 100 dollar from Roller Girl (I cant see any information about that on the site). However, it normally costs around 120 dollars to schip from an USA internet store to Sweden - even if itīs just a little thing - thats my experianc!! I think itīs OK if Iīm buying a lot of things, but for just a pair of grindbars I think itīs too much. But now it dosent matter anymore because I have deciaded to also order the roller skates from Roller Girls site. I think I want to wait to build my one ones because I dont know what I like!
: : Again, thanks a lot

: : : Wow, I think it is strange that a $20 pair of grind bars would cost so much to ship? I would definitely double check that. I have rollergirls grind bars and they are absolutely great for the skaters that like to do plate slides. I have never really done those and just use them for plate tricks and would prefer having more depth between the bar and the coping. I like what I have seen with the plastic sliders that attach to the plate because you can get more of a clasp on the coping. Athough I think it would be cool to make your own, I would also check with UPS and see how much a 2 lb package would cost to ship out of country. That sounds way too high.

: : : : Thanks Joe for your tips! I now have an idea of how to do things.
: : : : Tack, Majja
